Awards Presentation & Dinner: 6.30PM - 9.30PM

Tech Block Party: 9.30PM onwards, at Mahony & Sons.

Ticket sale deadlines:

Super Early Bird Deadline: April 14 at 5pm.

Early Bird Deadline: May 6 at 5pm.

Final Ticket Deadline: June 1 at 5pm.

Ticketing/Registration Questions:

What is the cancellation policy?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable.

Do I need to bring a ticket to the event?

No. Staff will be on hand to assist you in finding your assigned table.

Can I make changes to my registration?

Yes. Simply follow the instructions in the confirmation email to log in to your Eventbrite account. Click here for step-by-step instructions.

Can I make a request to sit with someone?

Yes. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request. Please email your request to: events@bctia.org

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

Minors are welcome to attend the event. Government issued ID will be required to purchase alcoholic beverages.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

The Vancouver Convention Centre is easily accessible, with ample parking available. For detailed information, please click here.

Will you be accepting credit/debit at the bar?

All forms of payment are accepted.

Is there an ATM on site?

Yes. Staff can direct you to its location.

Is there a dress code?

If you need a hint, we suggest business formal attire.

How can I make a dietary request?

We will make every effort to accommodate you. There is a field on the registration information page that allows you to list dietary restrictions. Requests can be sent to: events@bctia.org and must be received by May 27, at 4PM.
